2. August 22, 2010 11:59 am, GMT: Submissions are viewable. (submissions continue)
3. September 20, 2010 11:59 pm, GMT: Judges select 3 designs in each category to qualify to the finals.
4. The nominees will upload their work to be ranked by the viewers:
– Fantasy category nominees will upload their best image to The Zoybar photo gallery
– Function category nominees will upload their CAD files to The Shapeways.com gallery
5. The winners will be selected by their highest view count and ranking provided by the Zoybar.net and the Shapeways.com websites.
In case of a tie the design with the most comments would win.
6. October 05, 2010 11:59 pm GMT: End of competition.

B. Competition Rules
1. Design deemed too offensive will be rejected from the competition.
2. Copyright violations will not be tolerated. (Remaking someone else’s creation is a copyright violation.)
3. You can enter as many Designs as you like to the competition although there won’t be double winning.
Deleting your submission or re-uploading your design will cause view count to start at 0
4. All submitted designs will be reveal simultaneously on August 22, 2010 11:59 am, GMT at Zoybar.net.
5. View count will end at September 30, 2010 11:59 pm GMT.

C. Prizes
Prizes of Winning: Each category will have a single winner:
Function category prize: A Full Zoybar Guitar or Bass Hardware kit provided by Zoybar, plus 3D print of the winning design entry in the amount of $200 (USD) provided by Shapeways. Total Value: $870 (USD)

Winner(s) will be announced based on the highest number of views received in their relevant galleries:

List of Winners/Winner’s Name: The names of the verified prize winners will be posted on October 10, 2010 11:59 pm GMT on the Zoybar and Shapeways websites.

Notification. All winners will be subject to verification and must meet all eligibility requirements before a prize is awarded.Winner(s) will be notified by email and will be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within fifteen (15) days of prize notification. Potential prize winners will be notified by the email contact information submitted along with the profile entry form. If a winner is unreachable for one week (7 days) after the initial attempt to contact him or her, or is otherwise unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected.[If [any] winner is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Liability/Publicity Release must be signed by his/her parent or legal guardian and such prize will be delivered to minor’s parent/legal guardian and awarded in the name of parent/legal guardian.]

   – Function category nominees will upload their CAD files to The The Shapeways.com gallery
4. The winners will be selected by their highest view count provided by the Zoybar.net and the Shapeways.com websites communities.
   In case of a tie the design with the most comments would win.

User Voting. Winners will be selected based on the highest number of raw positive votes received through the voting interaction on Zoybar.net and the Shapeways.com websites. In case of a tie the design with the most comments would win. By entering the Contest, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

General Considerations: Prizes will be shipped to winners at the address provided by the winner upon notification of having been chosen. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of the prizes are permitted. Prizes will be shipped to winners by Zoybar.net and Shapeways.com at no cost. Winners are responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes.

E. Submission & Registration
1. Register to Zoybar.net and confirm your participation in the contest at your profile setting.
2. Uploading your design to Zoybar.net and shapeways.com will be considered as an agreement to the terms &
rules of the The Zoybar-Blender-Shapeways-Challenge and web sites.
3. Content that is submitted to The Zoybar-Blender-Shapeways-Challenge shall not be removed from
Zoybar.net or Shapeways.com websites for a period of 6 months after the termination of the competition.
